This video of Stephen Paddock's brother is beyond creepy. There's definitely something off about him.
The fact remains that 59 people were murdered by Stephen Paddock in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017. It was the largest mass shooting in U.S. history.
The American people still haven't learned the truth about what happened and why.
