It sounds like President Trump made good on his promise to always put America first. Of course, Merkel doesn't like that.

As an American taxpayer, I'm sick of our resources being used in Europe. We don't need Germany and others as dependents. It's about time Europeans stopped expecting the U.S. taxpayers to protect them and pay the bill for their safety.
