This makes sense. Common sense. Immunity for official acts. No immunity for unofficial acts.

Should Biden face millions of cases suing him for harm resulting from his policies at the border? That would be a bit overwhelming. Biden and his puppet masters dodged a barrage of bullets with this ruling.

Should the families of the 13 American heroes killed and all the others horribly injured at Abbey Gate be permitted to sue Biden for his deadly Afghanistan withdrawal debacle?

Should Obama be sued for killing civilians in his drone strikes? He dodged a bullet, too. That's something Obama's innocent victims couldn't do.
