Caught in the Judiciary's Web

TAMPA, Fla. — Terri Schiavo's parents on Friday appealed a federal judge's ruling that said their severely brain-damaged daughter's feeding tube should not be reinserted.

Legal experts say there is little chance the three-judge panel in Atlanta will side with the Schindlers. It is unclear if the panel will consist of the same three judges that denied the parents' previous appeal by a 2-1 vote.
