PINELLAS PARK, Florida (CNN) -- An attorney for the Schindler family said Saturday "there are no more federal appeals" in the Terri Schiavo case.
Lawyer David Gibbs has been representing Schiavo's parents in the tug-of-war over the life of the brain-damaged woman, who has been living in Florida hospice in what courts have deemed "persistent vegetative state."
On the state level, a Florida judge who has twice denied the appeals of the parents of Terri Schiavo is expected to rule on the latest motion in the case Saturday morning.
