Hillary's New Ad: Bill Clinton and David Hasselhoff

Hillary has a new ad, "Caucusing is Easy."

It makes fun of Bill's battle with the bulge -- his struggle to exercise and eat right.

It makes fun of Tom Vilsack's dancing ability.

And it makes fun of Hillary's inability to carry a tune, especially painful when she sings the national anthem.

I think the humorous ad was released today to smooth some of Hillary's sharp edges and dull her shrillness a bit before tonight's debate.

The campaign no doubt wants the public to focus on the fun-loving Hillary, a woman willing to laugh at herself. When people watch the debate tonight, perhaps they'll think of the ad, the softer side of Hillary.

The real message isn't to instruct Iowans how to participate in a caucus. The real message is Hillary is not a bitch.

She's self-deprecating and funny.

Sure she is.

Another thing about the ad--

Bill chomping on the burger reminds me of David Hasselhoff eating off the floor.
