John Kerry spoke right after Bill Clinton, not a good spot.
It was like seeing the grand finale of a fireworks display and then seeing one little shell explode.
Kerry was so dull in comparison. I think many in the hall took his time on stage as an opportunity to go out for a bathroom break.
It's not that Kerry wasn't animated in his delivery. He was. He made harsh, biting comments, but he was still boring.
He didn't salute. There was no "John Kerry reporting for duty."
Kerry did talk about swiftboating and how close he came to being elected president.
If Obama wants to see a bitter American, he needs to look no further than John Kerry.
