you folks are truly unbelievable. Do yourselves a favor and get a history book. The original Tea Act and subsequent "tea party" has nothing to do with what tom foolery you think you are up to. You have State reps and Senators representing you. You have local officials representing you. This is not a monarchy. Your guy lost get over it. Otherwise you look like a bunch of babies whining without your bottle. Where was your outrage when Bush and Co. ran up the biggest deficit in history? Oh please. The deficit has increased more under GOP presidents then under democratic ones. Now there is a crisis and you pull this!?! Spare me. If we had't had the be tax cuts then the extra deficit spending would be trivial. This is strictly political and sucks as much as the gw generated enconomy flub. Btw, fox is mainstream media pushing this garbage which makes them anything but 'fair and balanced'
This crisis wouldn't have ever happened if the RATS in congress never forced banks to give unqualified minorities loans they could never afford in the first place. The GOP has done no one any favors, but let's at least be honest and place blame where it should fall. Frank, Dodd, Clinton, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are the true culprits in all of this.
FOX may be covering these parties, but they all covered countless "peace" rallies by you dirty tree huggers. These parties are mainly a conservative grassroots effort and was partially inspired by a commentator from PMSNBC. I love how the party of tolerance can't ever accept an alternative view point.

The financial crisis would never have been this bad or not happened at all if it weren't for the huge increases in sub-prime lending.
According to Barney Frank, Fran and Fred were "financially sound entities" and he and his co-horts prevented oversight into Fran and Fred numerous times. And now we have the same BOZO's trying to clean up this mess!!
People willing to trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither and will lose both.
Another Sad story of today is Homeland Security is now Listing Veterans from the wars as Terrorist when they Return from the War. How much longer are we going to keep allowing this type of actions coming from our/your suppose Government built by the Peoples Blood/Lives.
Dear Anonymous, Obviously you didn't study history or politics in college. The laws were changed during the Clinton administration and carried on through every administration since so financial institutions could make such ridiculous loans. Also, the "Boston Tea Party" was in protest to England's taxes to your forefathers without representation. As far as "state representatives and Senators representing you, let me ask you a couple of questions: #1. If you made $40,000 dollars last year, how much did you take home? #2. If you own a home, how much taxes did you pay? #3. God forbid if you have to pay for insurance or college or possibly cigarettes or alcohol. Wait till they tax your coffee, then I'll see you on TV with the rest of the people (Democrat or Republican).

Where did you go to school? KKK U. The Boston "Tea Party" was NOT about taxation w/ out representation. That's what we tell 2nd and 3rd graders because they cannot grasp the more advanced ideas of tariffs and "big business". The English Tea Co. was undercutting the tea business's of the colonists. It was an act of terrorism against big business. The well protected English companies were backed by the King and given lower tariffs and a better chunk of the market unfairly. I see the signs you idiots were carrying expressed this idea that it's the rich who are being taken advantage of. Well the forefathers that you all love to invoke hated abundant wealth. Not one of them died a millionaire even in today's or histories terms. Your group is ass-backwards and a gang of thugs and racists. Yeah it's the minorities with high risk loans fault.
