I could not care less about Michelle Obama's sleeveless attire. ABC finds it newsworthy.
Obama's Choice to Bare Arms Causes Uproar
The latest arms controversy embroiling the White House has nothing to do with the Second Amendment. Instead, it's sprung from criticism about Michelle Obama showing off her toned triceps and biceps in her first official photo as first lady.
The nation's first spouse, who often dons sleeveless attire, dared to show off her limbs in the picture that graces her Web site and was released Sunday.
"The sleeveless look is very much in keeping with what we've seen from Michelle Obama," said Politico White House reporter Malika Henderson of the first lady's black dress, which she set off with a white pearl necklace. "It is very much her signature look, so I wasn't that surprised."
But some are criticizing the South Side Chicago native for her choice of attire, calling it too informal and out of season.
And Obama's black dress with a strand of white pearls around her neck is just the most recent of her fashion choices that have featured her exposed arms.
...Since Obama hit the campaign trail in support of her husband, the nation and its fashionistas closely have watched every style choice she has made.
"I think outside the Beltway people are just kind of fascinated with it," Henderson said of Obama, who is on the cover of this month's Vogue magazine.
I'm not fascinated with it!
She has toned arms. Who cares? It's not as if it's that difficult to achieve. It's not as if she's the only woman in the country without flabby arms.
The last thing I'm going to focus on is what Michelle Obama wears or what body parts she exposes.
Our savings are in shambles. The economy is a mess. Michelle Obama's wardrobe is not high on my list of concerns.

She's got nicely toned arms. But why make a fuss about it? She doesn't look bad at all. These secretly bitter people for having a black leader are making fun out of anything. Why don't they write things which are useful to everyone?

As if the charming and beautiful Laura Bush was some tired old stuck up hag.
I'm so sick of this continuing storyline in the media about how wonderful Mrs. Obama is, how gorgeous and well-behaved the children are, how elegant/supercool Mr. O is. It's so tiresome!
I was watching Jimmy Fallon last night. He had Jon Bon Jovi on as a guest.
No surprise Bon Jovi was yapping about how cool Obama is. He brought up how great it was for Obama to go to that Wizards-Bulls game, sit there, and drink a beer.
Bon Jovi was swooning. It was embarrassing.
I think Obama sitting there courtside illustrated how detached and out of touch he is from the experience of average Americans.
How many Americans consume Wagyu beef? Obama flaunting all that excess is offensive. It's inappropriate.
Michelle Obama's arms are not the stuff of legend. Good grief!
Nonetheless, I don't expect the Left's crush with the Obamas to end any time soon.
I find it amazing that people are discussing her arms. She is a 45yr old woman and she can wear whatever she chooses. She is not 60! She is 45 and she is dressing like a classy 45 yr old sista and I love it. President Obama said he was bringing CHANGE to America and he and Michelle are definitely CHANGE from the past. It is just what the country needs. Also, the economy is more important than what Michelle wears. I hope she continues to be her own woman and not others tell her what to dress. Also, sleeveless is popular anytime of the year. It isn't as if she is standing out in the cold or snow with a sleeveless dress. She does wear a coat when she is outside, but when she comes inside.......she lets those beautifully toned arms show. And I don't blame her!!! The sista looks good! Show America how we sistas roll Michelle! Don't let anyone dictate to you!
