It seems that every awards show has one standout celebrity who takes the honor of being dressed worse than anyone else there. The 2009 Emmys were no different.
And the title for the worst dressed goes to... Victoria Rowell.
That is awful!
Rowell looks like she's going to the Democrat convention. She needs a goofy donkey hat to complete the outfit.
There is nothing remotely glamorous about that Obama dress. The print looks sort of like a tablecloth fabric, only no one with any taste would put something like that on their table.
This is worse than what Björk wore to the 2001 Oscars, the infamous "swan dress."

Nope, this is just tacky the swan dress is still the worst.
I admit its pretty weird to have someone's face plastered on their front but Victoria usually looks pretty fabulous and this photo is no exception. I guess she is not a Republican and maybe making such an obvious statement with her dress is controversial. However, I would rather have someone have a picture of the President on their front than listen to some political speech when accepting an award. Sign me a big fan of Victoria Rowell!
The swan dress was very strange, but at least it was somewhat creative. There was some artistry to it.
This looks like someone with beginning sewing skills found a bolt of fabric intended to be used to make cheap souvenirs and slapped together something to wear after getting out of the shower or while doing housework.
Another scenario -- It looks like there was a fire and Rowell grabbed an Obama souvenir throw blanket to wrap around herself before she ran out of a burning building.
It's absolutely ghastly. The fabric is horrible. Surely, she could have found someone to make a more stylish dress that incorporated images of Obama.
If pictures of one of the presidents I admire most, let's say Lincoln, adorned the dress instead of Obama, I would say the exact same thing. I'm judging the dress on its own merits. It's a disaster.
aaaaaaaaaaahahahah what a funny dress...not only was his face plastered on her front...but it was plastered onto her unborn baby!!
She obviously does not know how to dress for the occasion. To top it off, the dress is really tacky. What else is there to say?
