Obama Thanksgiving Turkey Pardon

Tomorrow, I believe Obama will keep up the tradition of pardoning the national Thanksgiving turkey.

I'm not sure. He may need more time to make a decision. If Obama is true to form, he might dither. We'll find out tomorrow.

I miss the Thanksgiving traditions of the George W. Bush White House.

I miss the White House website page for kids. Obama has young daughters. You'd think he'd be interested in getting children engaged. Apparently not.

There was no online vote this year to name the turkeys.

Previous names of the national Thanksgiving turkeys:

2005: Marshmallow and Yam

2006: Flyer and Fryer

2007: May and Flower

2008: Pumpkin and Pecan

Assuming that Obama does maintain the presidential tradition of pardoning the national Thanksgiving turkey, I wonder if he will bow to the bird before sparing it.
