Here's a rather amusing open mic moment that occurred after Dean Richards was interviewing/badgering Mel Gibson.
It's not nearly as stunning as Jesse Jackson's infamous angry remarks about Obama caught on an open mic in July 2008. Jackson said that Obama was "talking down to black people," and he wanted to "cut his nuts off." That's pretty bad.
There will be no fallout from Mel Gibson's reaction to Dean Richards, because it was completely understandable.

Mel Gibson rules!
Maybe Gibson's name calling is "completely understandable" because he apparently thought he was off-camera, but he's been engaging in disappointing behavior lately that has damaged his credibility and Christian witness. I wrote a blog post about this at:
