But what about Article 2 Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution? It has been already proven to be treated with contempt with the illegal electing of Obama! That is strike one against this nation that is supposed to be a nation of Constitutional Law. Should America strive for a consecutive strike two? Remember...three strikes and America is out!
