On August 16, Obama was in Milwaukee to raise money for Tom Barrett.
On October 7, Joe Biden will be hosting a fundraiser for Barrett in Madison.
From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:
Vice President Joe Biden will be hosting a fund-raiser for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Tom Barrett next month in Madison.
Barrett campaign manager Bill Hyers announced the Oct. 7 lunch on Wednesday during a conference call with reporters. Cost is $250 per person.
President Barack Obama held a fund-raiser for Barrett last month in Milwaukee and he plans a Sept. 28 rally in Madison.
Hyers said he doesn't know yet if the president will do any fund-raiser for Barrett in conjunction with that event.
The Democratic Governors Association has said the race is one of the top 10 it is targeting nationally and Hyers said the Democratic National Committee made a significant contribution last week.
I love it when Biden comes to Wisconsin.
Remember when he was campaigning for Russ Feingold back in June? They went to Kopp's and made national news.
What gifts will Biden offer up this time?
