Scott Walker wants to save taxpayers from shelling out for teachers whose total compensation exceeds $100,000 in Milwaukee, who sue when Viagra isn't 100% covered and prevent the firing of a teacher who stuck a student's head in a dirty toilet bowl. Col. Gaddafi is responsible for the deaths of Americans on the Achille Lauro, airports in Rome and Vienna, a Berlin disco and a 747 blown up over Lockerbie, Scotland. Clearly they're one and the same.
It really is disgusting.
