Wisconsin Club for Growth has obtained a document carefully outlining a union legal challenge to Governor Walker's Budget Repair Bill. The document appears to layout the union's case for an immediate injunction against the bill.
The preparer's name was redacted prior to WICFG obtaining the document, however there is reference to a person named Tim on page 10, a female with the initials MS on page 17, and someone named Paul on page 64.
Based on references to dates and events, WICFG has determined that the document was prepared sometime after February 16th and before noon on February 23, 2011. *
The document exposes the AFL CIO ad labeled "Firefighter," claiming that the unions had already agreed to benefit concessions, as a complete fraud.
The document further describes union opposition to allowing state employees a choice on whether or not to join a union. They also seek to force the state to continue collecting union dues from state employees' pay checks.
*The document quotes a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article dated February 16th. Page 10 includes a notation "2-23-11 noon draft."
