Putin 'Buries' Obama

Vladimir Putin has channeled his inner Nikita "We will bury you" Khrushchev, and he seems to be having fun.

The Soviet Union lost the Cold War. We eventually won, thanks to the great leadership of Ronald Reagan among others with spines. So, I suppose Putin finds satisfaction in so thoroughly embarrassing Obama, an American president.

Putin sums up Obama's perspective of American exceptionalism in an op-ed in the New York Times.

It can be summed up quite simply: American exceptionalism is a myth.

Are we supposed to be horrified by that?

In spite of Obama's remarks on Tuesday in his address to the nation, Obama has spent his presidency dragging America down, in word and deed denying the notion of American exceptionalism.

Putin and Obama are on the same page.

It's interesting. Obama's legacy as president is completely in step with the gist of Putin's victory dance.

There isn't anything exceptional about our American system. Obama and Putin think alike.

I hope at least some of Obama's worshippers have had an awakening, although they may be completely OK with the shared philosophy of Obama and Putin. America isn't so great.

In sum, Putin 'buried' Obama in the Syria matter and spelled it out an op-ed, but Obama has been digging a grave for America since he assumed office.
