Jay Carney: Not a Computer Expert

Jay Carney has really been struggling lately.

He says he's not a computer expert.

Yeah, he's not a very good press secretary either.

Combine the inexcusable incompetence by Obama's team which resulted in the disaster that is ObamaCare with members of the press becoming a bit more critical of the administration and you get a glimpse of just how inadequate and incapable Carney is.

Carney insists the "system is not failing" and HHS has all the answers.

He needs to define his terms.

Any reasonable person would call the ObamaCare rollout a failure. The buck stops with Obama.

The "best and brightness" aren't being called in to clean up a great success.
