Gwyneth Paltrow, War, and the Internet

Gwyneth Paltrow is 41-years-old, but she seems like a child.

Maybe it's because she's a child of Hollywood. She lacks compassion as well as common sense.

Not all, but many celebrities are so insulated from real life. They aren't normal people. They're "beautiful people."

That's why one should dismiss their ramblings. They have every right to express themselves, and we have every right to ignore their idiocy or express our objections.

Paltrow's latest stupid statement:

"You come across [online comments] about yourself and about your friends, and it's a very dehumanizing thing. It's almost like how, in war, you go through this bloody, dehumanizing thing, and then something is defined out of it. My hope is, as we get out of it, we'll reach the next level of conscience."
Of course, comparing the incivility of the Internet to WAR is extremely offensive, especially to those with loved ones currently serving in the military.

Cindy McCain shared her reaction to Paltrow's comments on Twitter.

I understand Cindy McCain's response. She's attempting to wake up Paltrow and those of her ilk.

Paltrow is really clueless. Pathetic.

Yes, Internet thugs are cruel, but their disgusting cyber slings and arrows can't be compared to what is experienced in war.

Good grief.

This highlights how incredibly out of touch Hollywood Leftists are with mainstream Americans.

Hollywood celebrities aren't heroes. Those fighting to defend our country and our freedom are the heroes.
