Wisconsin Recount Update - Day 12: Complete

It's over. The counting is complete.

All 72 Wisconsin counties have finished counting the ballots for the 2016 presidential election.

From FOX6 News:
The deadline for the presidential election recount in Wisconsin has been met. The Wisconsin Elections Commission tweeted on Monday morning, December 12th that the recount was complete — and just four counties were in the process of certifying their results.

Wisconsin Elections Commissioner Mark Thomsen will certify a canvass statement in Madison at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The canvass statement that will be signed is the official Wisconsin result of the general election, conducted on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, for the Office of President of the United States.
Hours of work and millions of dollars later, we've learned that Trump won Wisconsin, the first Republican to win the state since Ronald Reagan did in 1984.

Hillary Clinton lost Wisconsin - AGAIN.
