Thirteen House Republicans voted against President Trump's national emergency declaration.
Two are from Wisconsin, Jim Sensenbrenner and Mike Gallagher.

Sensenbrenner wants it both ways. He says he supports "securing our border with a physical barrier" but not via a presidential declaration.
He does have a history of objecting to executive orders.
Remember all those times Obama was blocked? I don't.
At least Sensenbrenner is consistent with his concerns about separation of powers.
Unfortunately, securing the border is less concerning to Sensenbrenner than objecting to the president's utilization of a power given to him by Congress.
That should concern Wisconsin voters.
