According to Sen. Tuberville, Biden isn't running the country.
After Biden's disastrous performance on the international stage and his refusal to have a joint press conference with Putin, the entire world knows that Biden is incapable of carrying out the duties of the president of the United States. It's not a scripted job, and Biden can't even manage to follow the script his handlers give him.
