Biden 'Healthy, Vigorous'

See, this makes me question if Kevin O'Connor knows the meaning of the word "vigorous."
The Big Guy is not vigorous. He physically and mentally shuffles and trips. Biden is not vigorous and he's in declining health.

He's not fit to execute the duties of the president. A president should be capable enough to speak coherently, something Biden cannot do. If he were as healthy and vigorous as claimed, Biden's handlers/caretakers wouldn't have to shield him from the press. They wouldn't have constructed that weird fake White House room.
This statement from his doctor is laughable. Worse, it's frightening.
