What happened at the Waukesha Christmas parade on Sunday was tragic but it was not an accident. According to accounts from officers at the parade, it was an intentional act by Darrell Brooks.
No one accidentally drives through barricades at high speed into a parade, swerves to hit as many people as possible, and then flees.
