Justice Clarence Thomas gets to the heart of the matter. What specifically is the right to abortion we're talking about? Roe v. Wade stands on shaky Constitutional ground.
Beyond U.S. law, I wish Pope Francis would weigh in on this. You know, there's that whole "Thou shalt not kill" thing. Pretty clear.
