We've known that for decades.
When Biden said he NEVER talked with his son, Hunter, about his business deals, it defied common sense.
This voicemail is just another nail in Biden's coffin.
Something notable about the voicemail is how different Biden sounds. The Big Guy has really gone down hill since then.
