Rachel Jeantel, Piers Morgan, the N-Word (Video)

I wasn't aware that the N-word, in any form, was acceptable.

According to "star witness" Rachel Jeantel, the N-word when said with an "a" rather than "er" is not a racist word.

It means "any kind of male."

Jeantel explains the usage to Piers Morgan.

I'm not comfortable with that.

Maybe Obama, the alleged post-racial president, should tell us if it's OK. Barack "let me be clear" Obama should clarify. Jay Carney could pass along Obama's ruling.

Confused about "cracka" and "cracker."

She explained that the term is actually spelled “cracka” and defined it as “people who are acting like they’re police.” She said that if Zimmerman had calmly approached Martin and introduced himself, her friend would have politely said what he was doing there and nothing more would have happened.

Unlike the juror, Jeantel did think Zimmerman was racially motivated. “It was racial,” she said. “Let’s be honest, racial. If Trayvon was white and he had a hoodie on, would that happen?” She said she “had a feeling it was going to be not guilty” not because of the racial makeup of the jury, but because of the way the testimony went.

Jeantel insisted that Martin was “creeped out” and believed Zimmerman was following him, even worrying that he might be a “rapist.” She asked, “For every boy or every man who’s not that kind of way, seeing a grown man following them, would they be creeped out?”

So a "cracka" is someone acting like "they're police."

It's has nothing to do with race.

Piers Morgan: Barrett and Clarke (Video)

Tom Barrett, Milwaukee's mayor, surfaced on Tuesday. He came out of hiding to appear on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight, along with Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke.

Of course, Barrett knew that Morgan was his ally. He had nothing to fear, kind of like Obama and Hillary Clinton sitting down with Steve Kroft. Morgan wasn't "going to play gotcha with Barrett."

Clarke, on the other hand, was in hostile territory.

Morgan told Clarke that by using a “Hollywood voice” a la John Wayne which took away from the real life seriousness of the situation. Clarke then responded to Milwaukee mayor Tom Barrett, also on the CNN panel, who criticized Clarke for sounding “irresponsible.” Clarke pointed to a lack of resources available to him, some a result of the mayor’s policies, and how not all 911 calls are responded to in a swift manner.

Morgan directly asked Clarke how many instances there have been of people in Milwaukee defending themselves with firearms. Clarke said he does not have statistics, to which Morgan responded, “You haven’t got a clue, have you?” He berated Clarke for his irresponsible statements, citing an instance of a Milwaukee woman who fired a gun in front of a house and tried to get out of trouble by pointing to what he said.

“You want to arm everybody in Milwaukee. You do these racy Hollywood-style adverts, you want them all out there, armed and shooting… What you’re creating is a return to the Wild West in Milwaukee. So I think it’s actually relevant that you don’t have any idea how many people actually need a firearm at home to defend themselves.”
Clarke asked Morgan, “Are we going to have an honest exchange here or are you just going to talk over me?” He insisted it’s a “personal choice” whether or not someone decides to own a gun to defend themselves, to which Morgan shot back by saying it goes beyond personal choice for a sheriff of any city to advocate citizens arming themselves.

Morgan doesn't have a clue about life in Milwaukee.

Completely clueless. What does Leftist Brit Morgan know, other than what his Leftist staff tell him?

Barrett has been mayor of Milwaukee for ten years. He's been a miserable failure.

Morgan didn't question Barrett about the decay in Milwaukee on his watch, demanding accountability from him on crime, unemployment, and the failing schools. He's a horrible journalist.

I understand why his ratings are so low.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Piers Morgan (Video, Transcript)

What DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz had to say to Piers Morgan last night on CNN would be hilarious if the matter wasn't so serious.

Wasserman Schultz insisted that the Obama administration was not lying to the American public about the 9/11/12 terrorist attack on the U.S. in Benghazi.

Her reasoning: Putting out the wrong information doesn't mean it was false.

PIERS MORGAN: The really important horse that should be flogged is the behavior and the statements of those who were in positions of responsibility and, we would assume, knowledge. And it's pretty un-American, pretty un-American to be putting out completely false statements before you know the facts. Isn't it?

DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: Piers, it is not, it is not OK for you to be saying that the administration was putting out completely false statements. They put out information that they had at the time based on the intelligence they were given and then as the days wore on and more...

MORGAN: That turned out to be completely wrong.

WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: Well, that doesn't mean it was false.

MORGAN: What???

WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: It means... That doesn't mean that it was deliberate. It means, what it means...

MORGAN: Wait a minute. Wait a minute. If you put out a false statement, then it's false. It's wrong.

WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: Piers- Piers- But you're suggesting that there was... Piers, what you're suggesting is that it was somehow deliberate. It was not deliberate. What they did was it was important to get information out that they had at the time. And they did that, and then as they learned more information they... they corrected the, the original information that they put out. But there was no, there's nothing sinister here. This was simply the president of the United States and the administration making sure that we did a careful investigation, gave the American people the information that they needed at the time, that we had based on our best intelligence. And then as more intelligence was gathered, we gave the updated information. There's nothing sinister about that.

What's terribly unfortunate though is that you do, there's no way around these investigations that, that Republicans in Congress and Mitt Romney have leapt to go after the administration questioning whether or not there was any kind of deliberate attempt to mislead.

MORGAN: Well, the answer to that, the answer to that, Debbie, that answer to that is to make sure the original statements that are made are accurate.

What a crock!

Wasserman Schultz is lying.

The Obama administration cover-up has been exposed.

Nonetheless, Wasserman Schultz is trying to sell the same crap the Obama administration pushed immediately after the attack - shift the focus to Mitt Romney and criticize him.

When you're in a hole, stop digging. Wasserman Schultz is digging.

I sincerely believe that the safety of our country is at risk with these people in charge.

They are clueless. They are incompetent. They are liars. They are shameless.
