"Terroristic threats have never been legal."
Threatening to kill someone is not protected by the First Amendment. That sort of speech is not protected.
Moreover, as Sen. Tim Scott says, "Your First Amendment rights do not include a right to a job!"
Employers can determine whether or not they want to employ individuals making vile comments in a public forum, on a social media platform. Not every business or institution wants to employ people cheering assassination and calling for more people to be put to death.

Of course, it's aggravating to deal with Jerome Powell and others obstructing their efforts to give first-time homebuyers access to realize their American Dream.
Hopefully, for the sake of the American people, Powell's days as chair of the Federal Reserve are numbered.

Nikki Haley made the absurd assertion that Donald Trump attracts "Washington insiders."
From USA Today:

Haley, campaigning in New Hampshire, appeared taken by surprise. Asked about news reports of Scott's endorsement of Trump, Haley said, "we'll wait and see if it happens," and then walked away.
Haley later criticized the political match-up, describing it as the move of a failed Republican establishment.
"Interesting that Trump’s lining up with all the Washington insiders when he claimed he wanted to drain the swamp," Haley said. "But the fellas are gonna do what the fellas are gonna do."

Nikki Haley is aligned with the Swamp and the Republican establishment, not Donald Trump.

Tim Scott did not send a statement in response to Tucker Carlson's questions but sent a transcript from an appearance he made on Trey Gowdy's FOX News show. Scott called for "degrading the Russian military" but did not provide details.
Chris Christie wants the U.S. military to fight and win a war against both Russia and China simultaneously.
Nikki Haley and John Bolton ignored Tucker Carlson. I'm surprised by Nikki Haley's complete lack of a response.
It's an interesting summary of where presidential candidates and potential candidates stand on Ukraine.
