JAY LENO: President Obama's approval rating is now at its lowest point of his presidency, down to 37 percent. The only way he could get lower is to get elected to Congress. That is the only way. Not good, not good.

Have you noticed? President Obama has stopped using the word 'ObamaCare' in his speeches. He now calls it the 'Affordable Care Act.' See, that's not a good sign when even Obama is trying to distance himself from ObamaCare. 'That's BidenCare, that's BidenCare.' Not good.
