Liz Phipps Soeiro - Dr. Seuss and Racist Propaganda

I love that even Leftists have to admit that some of the vitriol tossed at President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump is unwarranted.

Liz Phipps Soeiro, a librarian at a public school in Cambridge, was ticked off that Melania Trump sent some books for the children.

She found the gift insulting, saying her "award-winning" library didn't need them.

Moreover, the librarian declared that Dr. Seuss books are racist propaganda.

From FOX News:

Another fact that many people are unaware of is that Dr. Seuss’s illustrations are steeped in racist propaganda, caricatures, and harmful stereotypes,” Soeiro wrote, giving examples of "If I Ran a Zoo" and "And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street" as clear “racist mockery” in Seuss’ art.
Soeiro apparently has changed her opinion of Dr. Seuss. At one time, Soeiro had no problem with his work and actually promoted it.

Clearly, the librarian had a problem with Melania Trump, not Dr. Seuss.

Soeiro has thoroughly disgraced herself.

The Leftists need to give it a rest.
