House GOP Votes to Pay Fed Employees, Dems Block

For the second time, House Republicans have voted to get paychecks to federal employees.

Democrats oppose the effort to help them.

So, the Democrats want federal employees to suffer?

I guess Democrats prefer the soup kitchen imagery to giving the employees their paychecks.

If the Democrats truly cared about those hurt by the partial government shutdown, they would join Republicans.

Alas, the Democrats don't care.
