Pelosi Cancels State of the Union

Democrat Nancy Pelosi made history.

She won't permit the president of the United States to deliver the State of the Union address from the House of Representatives, rescinding the invitation she extended to the president on January 3, 2019.

The spiteful Pelosi is an obstructionist.

She refuses to work to reach an agreement to end the partial government shutdown.

Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 presidential election. The Democrats were unable to win the House, the Senate, and the presidency. That's what happened.

I get why Democrat Pelosi doesn't want to let the American people see President Trump deliver the State of the Union address.

Could you imagine the media backlash and disgusting labeling that would ensue if Paul Ryan dared not allow Obama to give the State of the Union from Congress?

Paul Ryan would never have kept Obama from giving the address. The thought is unfathomable.

There is absolutely no reason for Pelosi to prevent we the American people from hearing our president give the State of the Union address from the House Chamber.

Pelosi is holding the House hostage.
