Joe Biden's Incoherent Coronavirus Response

Joe Biden is a mess.

He can't even manage to get through an interview with softball questions.

The interviewer doesn't challenge Biden or pose follow-ups. Biden can't even follow his own notes! What is he doing with notes for the most basic questions about the coronavirus response?

Biden is clearly incapable of handling an interview let alone the presidency. He's confused, rambling, and incoherent.
