This makes so much sense.
Obviously, Democrat Tony Evers extended his forced shutdown of Wisconsin before President Trump announced the new reopening guidelines, getting out in front of that announcement. He declared that Wisconsinites would have to endure his shelter in place order until after Memorial Day.

This is the way it should be, with states determining their individual situations.
Basically, with Democrat Evers, that means we're screwed.
