It appears that face masks don't do much to stop the spread of COVID-19.

The NY Times provides this helpful chart showing the areas with the highest number of daily cases/100k in the past two weeks

Why are there so many COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin now?
Everyone is wearing masks.
Are masks useless?
Is the increase more a matter of the way COVID-19 tests are counted in Wisconsin?
It's as if battleground state Wisconsin is being targeted in order to suppress the vote.
