This sounds like a typical night in Chicago.
So, it's time to jump to the usual, predictable conclusions.
White supremacists are responsible. If they're not full-blown white supremacists, they're at least violent white males. That conclusion might need to be abandoned if the shooter isn't white or male, but it will work for a while.
Of course, if there were more gun laws, none of this would have happened. People who shoot, injure, and kill others, and broke existing laws would certainly follow all new laws. Shooting suspects are law-abiding, right?
Something is very wrong in this country. It's not a lack of laws. It's a lack of conscience.
