If this is meant to play into the global warming/climate change narrative, it fails. The second warmest January on record happened in 1880.
Why was it so warm then? The earth's population and the use of fossil fuels were dramatically less. The combustion engine was new technology.
Maybe John Kerry can explain. Greta Thunberg probably knows.
