Trump - 'Elephant Not in the Room'

President Trump made the right choice when he decided to skip the debate in Milwaukee.

Had President Trump attended, the B-, C-, and D-lister candidates would have been overpowered and disappeared. We needed to hear what the candidates other than President Trump have to offer Americans. We needed to see them fight it out. Those candidates needed that opportunity.
I can't imagine President Trump standing among the eight candidates who were present, just to get to speak for about 10 minutes out of a 2-hour debate. That's likely not how it all would have played out.
President Trump, at this point in the 2024 campaign, did not belong on the debate stage.
