On Wednesday, when Republican candidates gather in Milwaukee, the temperature will soar to near 100 degrees, with the heat index hitting 110. It will be a sauna, the hottest, most humid day of the summer.
New rule: All candidates must debate shirtless. Female candidates and Chris Christie may wear a sports bra.
