Biden: 'DON'T'

The scarecrow in search of a brain in The Wizard of Oz was dramatically more intelligent and wise than Biden. He was stronger and more compassionate. The scarecrow showed concern for others.

In short, I would rather have the scarecrow in the Oval Office than Biden.

Rewriting Children's Books

This is ridiculous.

Purging allegedly offensive words from books will protect kids. Meanwhile, children are being mentally and physically tortured at school by bullies.

The woke crap is presented as important but it accomplishes nothing.

Dr. Seuss: Oh, the Books You'll Burn!

From The Daily Wire:
The company that publishes Dr. Seuss books will stop selling six titles, citing racist and insensitive imagery.

“These books portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong,” Dr. Seuss Enterprises told The Associated Press in a statement.

“Ceasing sales of these books is only part of our commitment and our broader plan to ensure Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ catalog represents and supports all communities and families,” the company told the outlet in a statement Tuesday, which just happens to be the birthday of Dr. Seuss, whose real name was Theodor Seuss Geisel.

The company that seeks to preserve and protect the author’s works said they will no longer publish “And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street,” “If I Ran the Zoo,” “McElligot’s Pool,” “On Beyond Zebra!,” “Scrambled Eggs Super!,” and “The Cat’s Quizzer.”

...President Joe Biden on Monday avoided mentioning Dr. Seuss in his presidential proclamation for Read Across America Day, which is celebrated on the author’s birthday. The move was a far cry from his former boss, Barack Obama.

In the former president’s 2014 proclamation, he said Dr. Seuss’ stories “challenge dictators and discrimination. They call us to open our minds, to take responsibility for ourselves and our planet.”

In 2015, Obama said: “The works of Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known to us as Dr. Seuss, have sparked a love for reading in generations of students. His whimsical wordplay and curious characters inspire children to dream big and remind readers of all ages that ‘a person’s a person no matter how small.”

And in 2016, Obama said Seuss was “one of America’s revered wordsmiths” who “used his incredible talent to instill in his most impressionable readers universal values we all hold dear.”
Quite a dramatic about-face!

Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss, you purveyor of hurtful and wrong images!

Andrea Mitchell Fails Literature

Andrea Mitchell made a complete fool of herself when attempted to bash Sen. Ted Cruz. In her stunningly stupid tweet, Mitchell showed her lack of basic knowledge of HIGH SCHOOL literature.

I was able to identify that passage from Macbeth when I was a HIGH SCHOOL freshman.

Of course, Cruz fact checked the poorly educated Mitchell and her Cabal colleagues.
Sean Davis offers a good analysis of Mitchell and Rubin's intellectual failings. Here is some icing on the cake: In 1967, Mitchell received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from the University of Pennsylvania. Her degree was in English lit and she can't identify some of the most well-known lines ever written.

That is embarrassing.

Cardinal Timothy Dolan, History, and Flawed People

Flawed characters fuel literature and history.

These characters can't be purged and wiped away. Literature and historical accounts cannot and should not be sanitized. No true stories would be left.

Human beings are flawed.

Deal with it.

Psychedelic Warlord - Beto O'Rourke: 'The Song of the Cow'

Beto O'Rourke's writings are embarrassingly weird.

From the Daily Caller:

Beto O’Rourke’s recently unearthed membership in the hacking group “Cult of the Dead Cow” may not have included the “edgiest sorts of hacking activity,” but it did, apparently, include writing murder fantasies and exceptionally bad poetry.

Writing under the now-exposed pseudonym “Psychedelic Warlord,” a teen-aged O’Rourke appears to be the author of a poem titled “The Song of the Cow,” published in 1988 by “cDc (Cult of the Dead Cow) communications.”

I need a butt-shine,
Right now
You are holy,
Oh, sacred Cow
I thirst for you,
Provide Milk.

Buff my balls,
Love the Cow,
Good fortune for those that do.
Love me, breathe my feet,
The Cow has risen.

Wax my ass,
Scrub my balls.
The Cow has risen,
Provide Milk.

This sounds like lyrics from a Rick and Morty song.

Here's the rest of the poem, "The Song of the Cow."

Oh, Milky Wonder, sing for us once more,
Live your life, everlusting joy.
Thrust your hooves up my analytic passage,
Enjoy my fruits

Provider of Cheese and other wonderful dairy products,
We will cleanse your inner intestines.
We will bathe in your Pungent Odor,
Gather cotton.

Count my eyes,
Smell my skin,
Love the Scarecrow and the Milkman.
I live only for eternity,
Thirst for the undrinkable.
Hold the heat,
Praise the dough boy at the pizza shop.
Love the Oxen dung!
Beto must come to Wisconsin and do a reading of "The Song of the Cow."

"Provider of Cheese and other wonderful dairy products."

The State Fair coliseum would be the perfect place for him to wax eloquent about the beloved cow.

More on Beto's writings, from the Washington Examiner:

"The Song of the Cow" isn't the only odd piece of written work recently excavated from the former Texas congressman's past. As part of a Reuters investigation published Friday, it was discovered that O'Rourke — who was a member of the hacking group "Cult of the Dead Cow" — wrote a short story about deliberately running over a group of children in his car.

“As I neared the young ones, I put all my weight on my right foot, keeping the accelerator pedal on the floor until I heard the crashing of the two children on the hood, and then the sharp cry of pain from one of the two. I was so fascinated for a moment, that when after I had stopped my vehicle, I just sat in a daze, sweet visions filling my head," O'Rourke wrote.
The poem was funny, but there's nothing funny about running over children. That's really creepy, though it's fiction, right?

Psychedelic Warlord is a good pseudonym for Beto, almost as good as Anthony Weiner's Carlos Danger.

Almost.
