London Breed, the mayor of San Francisco, thinks she can claim to be "feeling the spirit" as a reason to violate her own mask mandate.

Breed is a hypocrite. Her declaration that she is justified in ignoring her mask mandate while demanding others abide is exactly why people around the country and the world are rising up against the COVID tyrants.
