If someone gave me access to an arsenal, I would NEVER use it to commit mass murder. I wouldn't gun down anyone. Give me the nuclear codes. I wouldn't launch missiles.

These horrific shootings are not having access to weapons. They're not about the availability of guns. They're about the shooters. These people seek to kill others, often people they've never met. They seek to die themselves.
