Karoline Leavitt on Media Outlets Failing to Cover Iryna Zarutska's Murder

The Legacy Media can no longer control the dissemination of information. They began to lose their grip on the public with the emergence of wildly popular talk radio. Now, with social media, they are in free fall.

Howard Stern Leaves SiriusXM, Pranks Listeners and AP

According to AP:

Didn't listen. Don't care.

According to AP:
Howard Stern, the popular and highly paid radio host, returned to SiriusXM’s airwaves Monday after trolling listeners into thinking he had departed his long-running show.

Stern, 71, who evolved from his shock jock origins to become a respected interviewer, enlisted a seemingly flustered Andy Cohen at the top of “The Howard Stern Show” to pretend to be his successor. “This was supposed to be a cleaner hand off. I’m kind of winging it,” said Cohen.

Stern then came on the air and thanked the Bravo personality, who has his own SiriusXM show and podcast, for agreeing to do the bit. The stunt was the culmination of weeks of promos that promised a big reveal, following swirling speculation that Stern’s show would be canceled. “The tabloids have spoken: Howard Stern fired, canceled,” one promo video said. “Is it really bye-bye Booey?” The speculation grew after Stern postponed his return from a summer break last week.
Still don't listen. Still don't care.

However, I am enjoying AP getting "pranked."
This story first was published on Sept. 8, 2025. It was updated on Sept. 8, 2025, to correct that Howard Stern is not leaving SiriusXM and an announcement of his departure was a prank.
Don't trust AP.

An Unforgettable Day in Milwaukee

To be sure, it was bittersweet, but the laughter and joy outweighed the sadness.

It was very special to be among tens of thousands of people at the ballpark to celebrate the life of our beloved Bob Uecker.

Mark Belling Ends WISN-AM Radio Program

From TALKERS:

I Am Leaving My Daily Radio

Show While On Top

to Transition to Podcasts

By Mark Belling
Talk Show Host, WISN-AM, Milwaukee

I have decided, with the full support of WISN-AM and its parent iHeartMedia, to transition my program to podcast only effective at the end of this year.

There are two main reasons for this.

I set an incredibly ambitious goal when I began my Milwaukee show on WISN-AM in March of 1989.  I said I wanted it to be the best local radio talk show in America.   I feel I have achieved that goal by every possible measurement.   The most recent Nielsen ratings give my program the highest listenership share of any local talk show in the United States (top 48 markets, also known as “metered” markets).  In addition, my show has the highest ratings of any radio program in Wisconsin and WISN-AM is the most listened-to radio station in the state.   WISN-AM has the highest audience share in its market of any station in the top 48 markets in America and I am the highest rated show on the station.

Mission accomplished.

Secondly, the future of spoken word programming on our planet is podcasting.   We live in an on-demand world.   Driving people to listen to or watch content at specific times is a thing of the past.  Podcasting allows total flexibility and gives hosts far more freedom.   The staggering success of shows like Joe Rogan, Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson, all distributed exclusively on the web in a podcast-like format, makes clear what the present and especially the future are.

I am NOT retiring.   I will be a podcast-only host and expect my already high listenership and profile to grow.   This is my new challenge.   I believe I have accomplished as much as any on-air radio personality in Wisconsin history and now want to make my mark in the revolutionary world of podcasting.

My current radio program is turned into a podcast platform and is usually ranked in the top 100 on the iHeart platform.   A specifically dedicated podcast that can be accessed only on podcast platforms has the potential to be much bigger.

I will continue to do the podcast from Milwaukee and the WISN-AM studios.  Like my radio show, the content will be a combination of local and national topics and my intent is for it to be even more freewheeling than my current anything-goes approach.  I have signed a contract with iHeartMedia to stay with the company in this transitioned role.

The podcast will be released three times per week with the flexibility for special additional shows if events warrant.   It will begin May 1 and be available on iHeart and other traditional podcast platforms.

The last “Mark Belling Late Afternoon Show” will air December 30.    There will be no farewell shows nor any going-away programming or events.   I’m not going anywhere.   My show, in its new incarnation, will be bigger and better than ever.

Mark Belling is currently ranked #51 on the TALKERS Heavy Hundred list of the 100 Most Important Radio Talk Show Hosts in America.

Earl Ingram Biden Interview Doctored at Request of Biden Campaign

The Biden campaign has scripted another interview, this time at a Milwaukee radio station.

From The Post Millennial:
A Milwaukee radio station has admitted to altering a recorded interview with President Joe Biden after the campaign requested that they do so. Progressive talk-radio network Civic media said that in making the two requested edits, they fell short of their own "journalistic interview standards."

The interview, conducted by Earl Ingram with Biden after the June 27 presidential debate, was edited in two places. Both of the requested edits were concerning Biden's answers on black Americans, the first as to the number of black people working in his administration, and the second about the Central Park Five, a group of teens who were arrested for violent crime in the 1980s, where Biden referenced the death penalty as "hanging," the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

..."The two edits, according to the station, were: At time 5:20, the removal of '...and in addition to that, I have more Blacks in my administration than any other president, all other presidents combined, and in major positions, cabinet positions.' [and] At time 14:15, in reference to Donald Trump’s call for the death penalty for the Central Park Five, the removal of 'I don’t know if they even call for their hanging or not, but he–but they said [...] convicted of murder.'"

The station said they would post the unedited version on their site, but also said that they did not meet listener expectations. Media friendly to Joe Biden has come under fire recently for seemingly covering up Biden's gaffes and missteps.
The Biden presidency hoax requires a lot of work and a lot of deceit.
