Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler is backtracking on his promise to boycott the state of Texas over its new pro-life bill. Just three days ago, Portland City Council passed a resolution to ban city purchases of goods and services from Texas.
According to Mayor Wheeler, the city has now decided to "postpone this item so City Council can work together to best understand the impact of this important decision."
Wheeler previously stated that the ban "will be in effect until the state of Texas withdraws its unconstitutional ban on abortion or until it is overturned in court." Portland posted the statement on Friday.

The response to Ted Wheeler's plan to boycott Texas is as spot-on as it is hilarious.

It’s comical that Portland mayor @tedwheeler is worried about Texas when his city defunded the police and he had to ask citizens to “take back the city.”

Ted Wheeler, the utterly incompetent mayor of Portland, accuses President Trump of creating the unrest, when he has permitted thugs to be lawless with near impunity. Wheeler shows no respect whatsoever for the duly elected president of the United States.

President Trump doesn't permit Democrats like Wheeler to attack him unfairly. He fights back. He wants the people of Portland to be safe, and Wheeler refuses to take measures to allow that to happen.

Marquise Love is a Black Lives Matter rioter. He's been identified as the suspect in the brutal beating of Adam Haner by the Portland Police.

Black Lives Matter is the violent, Marxist group the NBA, professional athletes, celebrities, and corporations promote, support, and adore.

Democrat elected officials encourage and allow the Marxist group to advertise on city streets. Bill de Blasio (Warren Wilhelm) helped the Marxists paint "Black Lives Matter" on the street in front of Trump Tower.

Democrats are all in with these violent Marxists - a great reason to vote out Democrats in November.
