He's giving McCain's camp ammunition to use against him.
If McCain didn't want Dems saying this stuff, maybe he never should have said "why not make it 100" in the first place. You can't claim it to be a lie when there's proof that he said it, regardless of what he meant by it.
You have to be kidding.
It certainly is a lie. Obama is intentionally trying to deceive people when he distorts the meaning of what McCain said.
