Lies, lies, lies! For 8 years the Bush administration severely restricted federal funding; at long last the unreasonable limitations have been taken off. Remember that adult stem cell research had 1 20+ year head start and no restrictions on funding. A Madison biotech spinoff is taking the first embryonic stem cell product to market this summer. This is the first product in what will be a wave. You folks have spread these lies because you are afraid the research will produce fruit. Both adult and embryonic stem cell research should be backed to the hilt. Do you have the courage to let this comment stand or will you censor it and continue the lie the little cartoon perpatuates? Why are you people afraid of the TRUTH?
