Bill Maher and Jay Leno (Video)

Jay Leno is totally in the tank for Obama, like a good NBC soldier.

Although he had Dennis Miller on the show Monday night to give a conservative perspective on presidential politics, Leno tried to debate him and campaign for Obama.

Leno, of course, was no match for Miller. Leno was an embarrassment. Miller wiped the floor with him. It was a late night talk show version of what I suspect the Paul Ryan - Joe Biden debate will look like.

On Wednesday night, in the interest of equal time, Leno had Bill Maher on as his guest. I kid you not. Leno actually said on his Tuesday show that Maher was appearing to give the other side's views.

Leno, Obama hack, has Leftists on all the time, bashing Mitt Romney and Republicans. His nightly monologue is loaded with Romney and Ryan jokes, with a little jab here and there at Obama. Chris Matthews was on the show just last week, lying about Paul Ryan with impunity.

The notion that Leno needed Maher on to provide some balance is the real joke.

God knows Leno's material isn't clever or witty or funny. The show is pretty much an entertainment void.

So Maher is on the show doing what Maher does - wage vile attacks on conservatives, using the most inflammatory rhetoric, spinning lies. And Leno makes no attempt to counter anything he says. He doesn't even play devil's advocate. It's a total anti-Romney/Ryan/Republican forum.

Making matters worse, the audience was packed with Obama supporters, cheering Maher's every word.

Maher is so slimy.

He said the VP choice doesn't matter, but it would have mattered last time, in 2008, "when the world's oldest man picked the world's stupidest woman."

Just the other night when Miller was on, Leno said he supported Obama because of the War on Women.

Apparently, Sarah Palin can be bashed and belittled by Maher but that's not demeaning to women.

Right. Leno cares about how women are treated. Sure he does. Hypocrite.

Maher said McCain could have died, so there were consequences with Palin on the ticket. According to Maher, Romney isn't going to die. "He's still under warranty."

They bashed Chris Christie and his speech.

Maher said Romney "has the oratorical skills of the OnStar operator."

Leno wanted Maher's take on Paul Ryan.

Maher responded, "Giant fraud." He's a "deficit creator."

After the break, the two libs talked about Ron Paul. Leno plugged that Ron Paul would be his guest next Tuesday. Wonderful.

Leno prompted Maher, "Should he have been given a speaking role?"

Maher said "absolutely." He likes Ron Paul.

"He's the only one who has the guts to say, you know, 'Let's end the empire,' 'Let's stop having a giant defense budget.'"

Then he tore into Romney and Ryan on defense.

"Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan both want to increase the defense budget. Both have the exact same military experience as Jane Fonda."

And what is Obama's military experience? How are things going in Afghanistan? What are we doing over there? There hasn't been much discussion at all about the dramatic increase in fatalies and the "insider attacks."

War? What war?

Is Obama playing another round of golf?

Then Leno said if we brought back the draft, these wars would stop. He said we feel bad about the fighting but it doesn't affect us.

Correction, Leno. It doesn't affect YOU. Many of us have family members and friends who have served in Iraq or are serving in Afghanistan.

I'm so tired of the Hollywood Leftist loons and how out of touch they are with us and our experience.

Maher brought up the fact that President George W. Bush was not at the convention. He went on to say Sarah Palin wasn't invited.

Maher said, "She wanted to speak there. She's gonna have to grunt out her illiterate brain farts on Facebook."

Leno approved.

The audience cheered.

Disgusting.

Leno asked Maher, "Who do you think the guest speaker will be tomorrow night?"

Maher replied, "George Zimmerman."

Sick.

Leno brought up his favorite subject - Todd Akin.

Maher said he loves him. He's great for the Obama campaign.

Maher added, "Religion really makes you stupid."

Again, the audience cheered.

Leno and Maher discussed the $1 million Maher gave to Obama. He said "it was just laying around."

Maher sounds like a rich white guy. I thought that was supposed to be a bad thing.

Maher complained that we only have two parties. "It's either Obama or the representative of the mental patient party, the party that doesn't believe in science, that thinks global warming is a hoax, whose economic policies have been tried and have been shown to be a failure."

What drivel!

Speaking about this being a dirty campaign, Maher said he was OK with that because for the longest time Democrats, DEMOCRATS, have been bringing a knife to a gunfight. Now, they're bringing a gun.

What???

Enough. Enough.

I can't relate to these people.

That's a good thing.
