Tuffy Gessling, Rodeo Clown, Speaks (Video)

From FOX News:

The Missouri rodeo clown who came under fire for wearing a mask depicting President Obama and mocking the president is speaking out.

Since word of the incident spread, Tuffy Gessling says that people have threatened to run him over and burn his house down.

“I didn’t do this to do any hating on anyone. I did it to be funny. I did it to be a joke. This bit, this clown bit, has been around for a generation, and I didn’t think anything more of it than what we’ve done 15 years ago, 10 years ago, 5 years ago, when we’ve done it with Bush, and Clinton, and Ronald Reagan,” he said.
Video here.

Here's the complete interview from KCTV:

KCTV5
When asked if he was a Democrat or a Republican, Gessling simply replied, "I am a rodeo clown."

To Gessling it is a matter of perspective.

"I actually think that a lot of people have lost their ability to laugh," Gessling said. "Look at the country as a whole, there is a lot more to be mad at than a rodeo clown at a rodeo trying to make somebody laugh."

He hasn't worked since the Missouri State Fair, but plenty of support has been building too, and now he has a rodeo coming up in Jefferson City. A rodeo in Texas invited him to come down.

Gessling is inviting politicians to come out, watch and grill him with any questions they have.

"If President Obama turns out, I would be honored to shake his hand," Gessling said.
Gessling has received DEATH THREATS, for clowning at a rodeo.

I believe him when he says the bit wasn't racial at all. It's an old standard, donning a mask of the sitting president.

I hope the people in Missouri responsible for banning Gessling for life from performing at the Missouri State Fair are regretting their response to all the lame outrage from the race-baiters over the clown bit.

They are the clowns.

Demetrius Glenn and Kenan Adams-Kinard

One suspect, Demetrius Glenn, 16, is in custody for the beating murder of Delbert Belton, an 88-year-old World War II vet.

Kenan Adams-Kinard, 16, is the other suspect in the brutal killing. As of late Friday night, he remains at large.

Glenn and Adams-Kinard allegedly killed Belton with flashlights. They bludgeoned him to death. How could they?

Are they completely without a conscience?

Animals.

Look at them. Evil incarnate.

From the Daily Mail:

Thursday night, police arrested Demetrius Glenn, 16, in connection to the slaying of 88-year-old Delbert Belton, who was savagely beaten with flashlights in the parking lot of his regular bar in Spokane on Wednesday.

...Friday afternoon, authorities named a second suspect in the killing, identified as 16-year-old Kenan Adams Kinard. He currently remains at large.

Police told Belton's daughter-in-law, Bobby, that he was beaten with heavy flashlights in the assault which left him bleeding 'from every part of his face'.

Witnesses to the attack said that Belton, who was going to play pool, was outside the Eagles Lodge at around 8pm when two male suspects set upon him.

A friend said the veteran had just pulled up and was waiting for a female friend so she didn't have to walk in alone.
This is horrific. Two 16-year-olds killed an 88-year-old with flashlights. They beat him so savagely that he died.
...Glenn faces a first-degree murder charge and one count of robbery. The local station KHQ reported that he will be tried as an adult.

The teen has an extensive juvenile criminal history, which includes malicious mischief, fourth-degree assault, driving without a license and riot with a deadly weapon charges.

Adams-Kinard also has had a few run-ins with the law, The Spokesman Reviewreported. He was convicted of third-degree theft and fourth-degree assault in June.

Police Chief Frank Straub said Adams-Kinard should be considered a threat to the community and should not be contacted. He urged anyone who sees him or has information on his whereabouts to call 911 at once.

Glenn turned himself in to police custody through his attorney just before 10pm Thursday. Officers noticed that the teen had an abrasion on his right hand, according to an affidavit.
So these thugs were known threats to the community, yet they were out on the street.

It's a tired, old question, but here it is: Where were their parents?

...Glenn, who spells his first name as 'Demetruis' on social media sites, described himself on his Twitter account in this manner: 'I Play Foot-ball,Run Tracc [sic],Get Money Do What i do,im a guy but i like the show keeping up with the kardashians.'
Glenn needs to update his profile. He should add cold-blooded killer of an elderly man.

According to Spokane Police Chief Frank Straub, the murder wasn't racially motivated.

Neither was the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman case. That didn't stop the race-baiters, including Obama, from making it all about race.

However, Straub insists that race is irrelevant in this case. In other words, no talking about race when it comes to Belton. That's off limits.

More details, from KREM 2 News:

Police Chief Frank Straub held a brief press conference Friday about the investigation into the beating death of an 88-year-old World War II veteran. Straub stressed that the beating was not racially motivated.

...Officers arrested Demetrius Glenn, 16, Thursday night in Spokane. He and Kenan Adams-Kinard, 16, do have gang ties according to Straub. Both teenage suspects are African American. However, Straub said the attack was not racially motivated.

...Chief Straub said the two suspects were looking to commit a robbery in North Spokane on Wednesday night near Francis and Lidgerwood. Straub said that instead the suspects beat Belton with a flashlight outside of the Eagles Ice-A-Rena.

...Sources told KREM 2 News that Demetrius Glenn has a lengthy criminal history. He was convicted of assault and riot and was supposed to be in court on August 28th for another charge.

...Court Documents also revealed Friday Belton was found at the scene of the assault lying in his vehicle with his body wedged between the front bucket seats. Detectives said a broken flashlight was recovered in the car.

Investigators said Belton was attacked in the parking lot behind the arena, belonging to the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He had just arrived in his car to play pool with a female friend. A witness said she saw two young men run away from Belton's car.
Glenn and Adams-Kinard showed Belton no mercy.

No comment from the NAACP?

I guess the organization only gets involved in really important matters, like a rodeo CLOWN wearing an Obama mask.

Obama should comment on the killing of Belton. Maybe he could say the victim reminds him of his white grandfather, the man who raised him.

Chris Lane Murdered: EVIL

On Monday, a family member asked me if I heard about a murder in Oklahoma.

He said three teens killed a guy because they were bored. Their victim was a baseball player at a university in Oklahoma.

I said I had seen the story linked somewhere but I didn't know anymore about it.

He said the story he read online Monday had few details, including the descriptions of those involved.

I said that if the killers were white or white Hispanic or something that the race-baiters could exploit and the victim was black or Hispanic, then we would know that already. Marches would be in the process of being organized. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would be yapping about it on TV. We both agreed that this story would not bring Obama out to comment the way he shamelessly did with Trayvon Martin.

We didn't know the descriptions of the killers or victim, but we were certain this was not a crime involving a minority victim and white killers. No way.

As it turns out, the victim was white and the alleged murderers are black. In other words, if Obama had a son, he would look like Chancey Luna, 16, or James Edwards, 15.

From the New York Post:

Three teenage boys were charged in the killing of an Australian university student in Oklahoma "for the fun of it," prosecutors said on Tuesday

Christopher Lane, of Melbourne, was found dead of a gunshot wound on Friday, according to police in Duncan, Oklahoma, about 80 miles south of Oklahoma City.

“They followed him, shot him in the back and drove off,” Duncan, Okla., police chief Danny Ford said yesterday.

“When asked why he [a 17-year-old suspect] did it, he said, ‘We were bored and decided to kill somebody.’”

According to police, Jones admitted that the teens decided to kill someone "for the fun of it."

Charged with first-degree murder are Chancey Allen Luna, 16, and James Francis Edwards Jr., 15. Michael Dewayne Jones, 17, who allegedly drove the vehicle carrying the other suspects, was charged with use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon and accessory to murder after the fact, according to the Stephens County District Attorney's office.

...According to police, Jones told police on Sunday that they saw Lane jogging and decided he would be their target. Police said the three followed him in their vehicle and shot Lane in the back, police said.

Police used surveillance video from area businesses to identify the vehicle, which was found later at a church parking lot with the three suspects inside after a caller reported three youths with guns who were threatening to kill someone.

The vehicle's trunk contained a shotgun with the serial numbers sanded off, but the actual weapon used in the shooting has not been found, police said.
These cold-blooded murderers are animals.

They deserve no sympathy whatsoever.

Targeting someone for death out of boredom is beyond horrific. Murdering a random individual "for the fun of it" is positively evil.

This terrible crime should receive more attention than the Trayvon Martin case did.

There was no struggle, no issue of self-defense.

The murder of Chris Lane was an evil act.

It may have been grounded in racism.

If choosing an individual to kill "for fun" isn't a hate crime, nothing is.

Moreover, a gun didn't kill Chris Lane. Luna, allegedly, did.

Obama, say something. Say something about the brutality of these thugs.

NAACP, demand an investigation. That won't happen, those goofs are too busy fixating on a rodeo clown and destroying him. A CLOWN in a mask is an outrage. Black teens murdering a white young man "for the fun of it" isn't worth their time.

I'm sure the murder of Chris Lane won't get anywhere near the attention the rodeo clown completely idiotic story received.

I wonder. If Luna had Skittles in his pocket when he was picked up, would that make a difference? Would he seem less evil?

Not in my opinion.

These thugs are animals.

Too harsh?

Not in my opinion.

No human being with a conscience and a heart commits murder for fun or to relieve boredom.

These thugs are evil.

NAACP and the Rodeo Clown

The controversy about the rodeo clown donning an Obama mask at the Missouri State Fair has become ridiculous.

He's been BANNED FOR LIFE from performing at the Missouri State Fair.

Apparently, that's not enough punishment.

From Breitbart's Big Government:

On Tuesday, the Missouri State National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) issued a statement asking for federal involvement in the case of a rodeo clown who wore an Obama mask and then asked the crowd if they’d like to see Obama run down by a bull. “The activities at the Missouri State Fair targeting and inciting violence against our President are serious and warrant a full review by both the Secret Service and the Justice Department,” said State President Mary Ratliff. “Incidents involving individuals acting out with extreme violent behavior in movie theaters, schools, churches, political appearances, and outdoor events in general speaks volume to the irresponsible behavior of all the parties involved with the incendiary events at the Missouri State Fair.”

Ratliff went on to condemn the state’s funding of the State Fair: “our Legislature has failed to support Medicare Expansion in Missouri, has consistently attempted to dismantle our Human Rights Commission, fail to adequately fund urban schools -- (who) are predominately African American -- yet they are subsidizing the Missouri State Fair to the tune of $400,000; we are calling for the subsidy to stop...[Governor Nixon's] planned Pancake Breakfast for Thursday should be his 'Last Supper' at the Missouri State Fair in response to the racially intolerant attacks on his Commander in Chief."
The NAACP's statement is far more buffoonish than the rodeo clown's behavior.

So the state shouldn't assist in funding the fair, something that promotes agriculture and business in Missouri, because of something a rodeo clown did?

That's absurd. It's idiotic.

The NAACP is a joke.

Where is the NAACP's statement regarding the violence and murder committed by African Americans in places like Chicago and Milwaukee? Where is the NAACP's statement about the African American victims of the African American criminals?

Violence and murder occur on American streets daily.

Where's the NAACP's concern about that behavior?

Who knows?

The death toll rises as the NAACP rants about a rodeo clown with an Obama mask.

The organization is demanding a federal investigation into a misguided performance by a RODEO CLOWN.

It's preposterous.

This entire controversy is an embarrassment. It doesn't deserve anywhere near the attention it's getting.

The priorities of the NAACP and other Leftists are screwed up, royally.

Obama Mask Rodeo Clown Banned From State Fair

Good grief.

Why is Obama treated with kid gloves?

Comedians, for the most part, won't tell jokes about him.

Now, a rodeo clown wearing an Obama mask is off limits.

The overreaction to the Missouri State Fair incident is stunning.

Remember the sort of mockery endured by President George W. Bush?

Recall the way Sarah Palin was treated?

Open season on Republicans and conservatives.

Obama?

No mocking.

From Reuters, via the Chicago Tribune:

A clown who wore a mask of President Barack Obama at a Missouri State Fair rodeo and encouraged a bull to run him down as the crowd cheered was banned Monday from any future state fairs.

The incident Saturday night was denounced by leading Democrats and Republicans and fair officials as disrespectful to the president.

The Missouri State Fair Commission voted Monday to "permanently ban this rodeo clown from ever participating or performing" at the annual state fair, according to a news release.

"The Missouri State Fair apologizes for the unconscionable stunt," the commission said.
"Unconscionable stunt"?

Oh, come on.

That's more than a bit extreme.

When Bob Hope told jokes about FDR and all the presidents to hold the office through Bill Clinton, was he being disrespectful?

I can understand the Missouri State Fair Commission issuing a statement apologizing to those offended, but tarring and feathering the clown is going too far.

HE'S A CLOWN.
...The clown appeared at the finals of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboys Association rodeo at the fair in Sedalia, Missouri, about 94 miles southwest of Kansas City. A Facebook account of the clown's stunt appeared on the website of Show Me Progress, which identifies itself as a "progressive politics community" for Missouri, from a person who reported attending the fair with a student from Taiwan.

"The announcer wanted to know if anyone would like to see Obama run down by a bull," the posting said. "The crowd went wild. He asked it again and again, louder each time, whipping the audience into a lather."

On Monday, Albert Watkins, a lawyer for the main announcer at the rodeo, said that the unidentified clown who wore the Obama mask made most of the remarks himself into a microphone he was wearing. Rodeo clowns use their own microphones and choose their own mask and routine, Watkins said.

Watkins said his client Mark Ficken, who was the main announcer and is fair association president and superintendent of schools in Boonville, Missouri, has been unduly faulted in the incident.

The only remark Ficken made as announcer was a standard warning to clowns to be careful, in this case saying, "Watch out for that bull, Obama," Watkins said.

When one is president, one has to be able to take a joke.

Supporters of the president have to be able to take a joke as well.

I think the rodeo clown's "stunt" was far less offensive than Obama's remarks about Special Olympics athletes.
