For two months, we've been going to stores with crowds of people. Safety measures were put in place and we went about our business.
It makes no sense that small businesses haven't been allowed to operate. These businesses are certainly essential to the lives of the owners and employees.
There is no reason places of worship have been shuttered for all this time. Reasonable guidelines should have been put in place after it was clear hospitals were in no danger of being overwhelmed, the original goal of the lockdown. They should have been permitted to open their doors.
Instead, tyrannical governors kept extending their draconian orders well beyond the "flatten the curve" time frame, disrespecting the essential right to practice one's faith.
The president was right when he noted how twisted it was that aborting babies and buying weed and booze was considered essential but not religious services.
I hope that people across the country realize that Democrats/Leftists are about taking away our liberty.
