Abedin was supposed to appear in court Wednesday for divorce proceedings, but her attorney instead submitted paperwork signed by both sides that agreed to end the case, the New York Post reported.

The judge declared the case “discontinued,” the Post said.

Isn't it funny how things work out?

A THOROUGH examination of 650,000 emails in just a few days? Right.

If it were a matter of simply running the emails through a program to analyze the mountain of evidence, then James Comey could have easily checked the contents of the Anthony Weiner-Huma Abedin laptop quickly and never announced the reopening of the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's conduct as secretary of state.

Nonetheless, nothing to see here. Yes, Hillary is a reckless fool but she didn't mean to do anything wrong. Right.

I don't trust the FBI or the Department of Justice or the White House.

I don't trust Hillary Clinton.

The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, told Congress on Sunday that he had seen no evidence in a recently discovered trove of emails to change his conclusion that Hillary Clinton should face no charges over her handling of classified information.

Mr. Comey’s announcement, just two days before the election, was an effort to clear the cloud of suspicion he had publicly placed over her presidential campaign late last month when he alerted Congress that the F.B.I. would examine the emails.

“Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton,” Mr. Comey wrote in a letter to the leaders of several congressional committees. He said agents had reviewed all communications to and from Mrs. Clinton in the new trove from when she was secretary of state.

The letter was a dramatic final twist in a tumultuous nine days for both Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Comey, who drew widespread criticism for announcing that the F.B.I. had discovered new emails that might — or might not — be relevant to its investigation of Mrs. Clinton, which ended in July with no charges. That criticism of Mr. Comey from both parties is likely to persist after the election.

While the new letter was clear as it related to Mrs. Clinton, Mr. Comey’s message was otherwise vague. He did not say that agents had completed their review of the emails, or that they were abandoning the matter in regard to her aides. But federal law enforcement officials said that they considered the review of emails related to Mrs. Clinton’s server complete, and that Mr. Comey’s letter was intended to convey that.

Some people, like Hillary Clinton, are above the law.

State Emails on Weiner Laptop

When will Democrats and Never Trump people quit repeating the same stale talking points and finally admit that Hillary Clinton is too flawed to be president?

What will be the breaking point? When will the Democrats turn their backs on her?

When will they say the many Clinton scandals and Hillary's obstruction and her lies and her destruction of emails under subpoena are too much to ignore? When will they acknowledge that she poses a danger to our country?

And when will they hold Obama accountable for lying about his knowledge of Hillary's private server? He communicated with Hillary via a server that was not secure and he knew it. Obama is involved, too.

The FBI has found emails related to Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state on the laptop belonging to the estranged husband of Huma Abedin, Anthony Weiner, according to a U.S. official.

These emails, CBS News’ Andres Triay reports, are not duplicates of emails found on Secretary Clinton’s private server. At this point, however, it remains to be seen whether these emails are significant to the FBI’s investigation into Clinton. It is also not known how many relevant emails there are.

In a letter to Congress last Friday, FBI Director James Comey indicated that the agency was taking steps to review newly discovered emails relating to Clinton’s private email server. Those emails came from the laptop of Weiner, a former New York congressman. Abedin reportedly said she had no knowledge of the existence of any of her emails on Weiner’s laptop. On Monday, CBS News reported that the FBI had obtained a warrant for the emails.

We can thank Carlos Danger for engaging in perverted, possibly criminal, behavior. His sick proclivities are responsible for bringing the evidence of Clinton's behavior to light, as well as leading to evidence exposing the recklessness and corruption of Clinton's inner circle.

Huma Abedin Clueless

Huma Abedin claims she doesn't know how at least 10,000 emails related to the Hillary Clinton email scandal were on a laptop she shared with her husband, Anthony Weiner.

When Hillary was looking for an excuse during questioning by the FBI, she blamed her concussion to coverup her wrongdoing.

I guess Huma hasn't had any head injuries to blame for her ignorance. She just has to rely on a run-of-the-mill "I don't know."

Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin reportedly has said she does not know how tens of thousands of emails related to the FBI investigation of her boss' personal server were found on a laptop she shared with her now-estranged husband, former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner.

The Washington Post reported that Abedin was not a regular user of the laptop in question. The paper also reported that Abedin's lawyers did not bother to search the device for work-related emails after she agreed to turn over such messages to the State Department.

On Saturday, a senior law enforcement official told Fox News that the laptop contained "five digits," or at least 10,000, emails of interest to investigators.

The source also told Fox News that law enforcement officials think it's highly unlikely that all of the newfound emails are duplicates, as the Clinton campaign has suggested. The Post reported, citing former FBI officials, that investigators would likely use a computer program to weed out duplicate emails before examining the remaining messages for possible criminality.

Hillary Lies: Comey Letter Went Only to Republican House Members

While addressing the press about the Anthony Weiner - Huma Abedin connection to the investigation into Hillary's private server activities, Hillary suggested that James Comey's letter went only to Republicans.

Clinton said the recent announcement from Comey came as a complete surprise to her and her staff, and that she only learned about it thanks to “this letter sent to Republican members of the House.”

While Clinton’s rhetoric implies that Comey only contacted Republicans, that’s not the case. While only Republicans are listed at the top of Comey’s letter (because they hold all House committee chairmanships) Comey’s letter was also copied to the Democratic ranking members of each committee.

Clinton also dismissed as a “rumor” reports that the email investigation was reopened due to discoveries made during a separate investigation of former Democratic representative Anthony Weiner. Weiner is the husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin, though she announced her separation from him following revelations last month that Weiner sexted with an underage girl. That sexting triggered an FBI investigation of its own, which has now circled all the way back to Clinton.

The presidential campaign was rocked on Friday after federal law enforcement officials said that emails pertinent to the closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server were discovered on a computer belonging to Anthony D. Weiner, the estranged husband of a top Clinton aide.

In a letter to Congress, the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, said the emails had surfaced in an unrelated case, which law enforcement officials said was an F.B.I. investigation into illicit text messages from Mr. Weiner to a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina. Mr. Weiner, a former Democratic congressman from New York, is married to Huma Abedin, the top aide.

Mr. Comey's letter said that the F.B.I. would review the emails to determine if they improperly contained classified information, which is tightly controlled by the government. Senior law enforcement officials said that it was unclear if any of the emails were from Mrs. Clinton’s private server. And while Mr. Comey said in his letter that the emails “appear to be pertinent,” the F.B.I. had not yet examined them.

By the end of a day that brought stinging criticism of Mr. Comey from both Democrats and Republicans, he appeared on the defensive, saying in an internal email to bureau employees that he had felt obligated to inform Congress, and “we don’t know the significance of this newly discovered collection of emails."

I don't believe that Huma didn't know what her Democrat husband was doing. She probably didn't like the photo of her son being included in one of his perv pics, but I'm sure she knew of his habits and accepted the situation. Given his history, she'd be an idiot not to check his phone or take other steps to monitor his behavior. If Huma trusted him, she showed terrible judgment.

I think the separation announcement was a Hillary campaign move.
